Very nice sheet set
These sheets are what I expected 1200 TC 100% Egyptian cotton sheets to be. Soft, but of still heavy quality. The color is beautiful and looks great with my new comforter set (bought elsewhere). I washed and dried them and they sat in the dryer for awhile before taking them out. Yes, they were wrinkled, but not enough to make me feel that I needed to iron them. I'm very happy with this purchase and would not hesitate to purchase another set from this company. Thanks.

Good not Great
Most 1000 to 1200 thread count sheets I own are much thicker than these. These are nice, well crafted, but a bit thin.
When ordered, I had a small brain fart and ordered king size instead or queen. Getting them replaced was no problem. The staff was very helpful and prompt in helping me out. However, the rma process is in dire need of improvement. When I rma a product online, I want to fill out and submit a form, that when completed, will auto generate a rma number and send out the corresponding email with instructions, confirmation, etc. You will not get this with this amazon store. The rma process consists of a sliver or paper with product that says to email this person and wait for a response.
